Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and payment adjustments are handled for Brandkey Media social media management, content creation, design and brand growth services.
1. Project & Setup Fees
Unless a written proposal specifically states otherwise, setup, strategy and project fees become non-refundable once work has started. This includes time spent on discovery, research, strategy, copy, design, development, account setup, tracking or implementation.
2. Monthly Management
For ongoing management services, cancellation requests apply prospectively according to the notice period stated in the applicable agreement. Work already completed or the current billing period is not automatically refundable.
3. Advertising Spend & Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend paid to Meta, Google or another advertising platform is not a Brandkey Media service fee and is not refundable by Brandkey Media. The same principle generally applies to third-party software, domains, hosting, payment processing and other external charges.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or are charged an amount that clearly conflicts with an agreed invoice, contact us promptly. After verification, we may correct the duplicate or billing error through the appropriate payment method.
5. Dissatisfaction With Performance
Marketing performance can vary and is not guaranteed. A campaign underperforming against an expectation does not by itself create a refund entitlement unless a specific written performance or refund commitment applies to that engagement.
6. Results-First Commitments
If a Brandkey Media proposal includes a specific results-first commitment, free-work commitment or other performance assurance, that commitment is governed by its stated conditions, eligibility requirements and scope. Such a commitment does not automatically convert all service fees into refundable fees.
7. How to Request a Review
Send payment or refund questions to contact@brandkeymedia.com with your name, business name, invoice/payment reference and a short explanation of the request. We will review the request against the applicable proposal, invoice and work status.
8. Policy Changes
Brandkey Media may update this policy as its services and commercial terms evolve. The version published at the time of the relevant purchase or engagement will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law and the written agreement between the parties.
