1. Overview
Brandkeymedia provides exclusively digital services. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical products. All deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared drives (Google Drive), WhatsApp, or other digital communication channels agreed upon with the client.
This Delivery Policy outlines how and when our digital service deliverables are provided to clients.

2. Nature of Deliverables
Since all our services are digital in nature, the term “delivery” refers to the transfer of completed digital work to the client. Deliverables may include:
- Social media content files (images, carousels, captions, content calendars)
- Edited video files (Reels, YouTube videos, brand films, ad creatives)
- Brand identity files (logo files in AI, EPS, PNG, SVG, PDF formats; brand guidelines in PDF)
- Content documents (blogs, caption banks, campaign copy in Google Docs or Word format)
- Strategy documents and reports (PDF or Google Docs)
- Any other digital files agreed upon in the project proposal
3. Delivery Method
All completed work will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Email – Files or download links sent to your registered email address.
- Google Drive – A shared folder containing all project deliverables.
- WhatsApp – For smaller files or quick approvals.
- WeTransfer or similar – For large file transfers where required.
The preferred delivery method will be confirmed at the start of each project.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the type and scope of service. Below are our standard timelines. All timelines are indicative and begin after receipt of confirmed payment and all required client inputs (briefs, brand assets, references, etc.).

Note: Business days refer to Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.
5. Factors Affecting Delivery
Timelines may be affected by the following:
- Delayed client inputs – If briefs, brand assets, reference materials, or approvals are not provided on time, delivery will be adjusted accordingly. Brandkeymedia will not be held responsible for delays caused by client inaction.
- Revision rounds – Each revision round adds time to the project. Standard revision turnaround is 2 – 3 business days.
- Scope changes – If the scope of work changes after the project has commenced, delivery timelines will be revised and communicated in writing.
- Force majeure – Circumstances beyond our control such as internet outages, natural disasters, or platform disruptions.
6. Ongoing / Retainer Services
For clients on monthly retainer packages (social media management, content creation, etc.):
- A content calendar will be shared at the beginning of each month for your review and approval.
- Content batches are typically delivered 5 – 7 business days before the scheduled posting date to allow time for revisions.
- Scheduled posting (where included in the package) will be done as per the approved calendar.
7. Client Approval and Acceptance
Once deliverables are shared with the client:
- The client is expected to review and provide feedback within 5 business days.
- If no feedback is received within 10 business days, the deliverable will be deemed accepted and approved.
- Final approved files will be delivered in the agreed formats. Any request for additional formats after final delivery may be billed separately.
8. Re-Delivery of Files
If you lose access to delivered files, we will make reasonable efforts to re-share them within 3 business days of your request. We retain project files for 90 days after final delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee file availability and we recommend clients maintain their own backups.
9. No Physical Shipping
Brandkeymedia does not ship any physical goods. All services and deliverables are provided digitally. There are no shipping charges, courier fees, or physical delivery of any kind associated with our services.
